Dragonsoul Fantasy
About the Author
Jason Bryden is a (currently) unpublished author from Baltimore, Maryland, and has been an avid fantasy fan for the entirety of his life. From the beginning he always enjoyed speculative fiction whether it was in movies, video games, or most importantly, in books. Science Fiction and Horror were both additional staples in his media diet over those formative years growing up. It wasn't until around 2002-2003 that his love for fantasy took over everything else, with the arrival of several key pieces of media: The Lord of the Rings Trilogy being released in theaters and The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind and Warcraft III both being released on PC.

Fantasy is a genre that has spoken to Jason ever since, though his preference in the genre has always been a kinship to the more ostracized and barbaric cultures of fantasy: Orcs, barbarians, giants, and other monstrous races and cultures that are typically typecast, and one day he hopes to write a story to do some of those races and cultures justice.

His other love in the genre however, has been dragons. What began as a guest character in a since abandoned project from when he was 14 has become a whole world exploring what it would be like if dragon and man were equals in society.

Currently Jason is working as a Job Coach by day, assisting individuals on a spectrum of disabilities. By night (or rather, early morning,) he is hard at work with the second draft of Book 1 of Dragonsoul and several short stories.
